Wedding FAQs
Our current minimum spend for wedding bookings is £3,000. This reflects the floral heavy and bespoke nature of our creations and the exceptional ingredients we use. Each arrangement is designed as a unique piece of floral artistry, tailored specifically to your vision. A defining part of the Studio Tapestry experience is the highly personal service we offer each client. This minimum allows us to dedicate the time, craftsmanship and premium materials necessary to bring your wedding florals to life in a truly unforgettable way.
At Studio Tapestry, we do not have a fixed price list. Every arrangement, installation and wedding floral design is entirely bespoke, crafted to suit your vision, venue and occasion. This approach allows us to select the finest ingredients and dedicate the time and creativity needed to create floral artistry that is truly one of a kind. We are sometimes able to give indicative prices for commonly ordered items but these will always be guide prices only. For a full quotation we always carry out an in-depth wedding consultation prior to providing a detailed quote. Labour, set up and pack down fees are always unique to the specific wedding brief, venue location and associated logistics and access timings.
To begin a conversation, head to the “Contact Us” section of our website and share as much as you can about the vision for your wedding day and the aesthetic you're looking to create. The more detail you provide, the better we can access if we're the perfect partner for you and the more prepared we'll be for your initial consultation call. However, please don't worry if you're not too sure what you need, we're experts in helping our couples hone their vision to create something that's totally unique to them.
If we feel we’d be a good fit and your date is available, we’ll schedule an initial consultation call. From there, I’ll create a bespoke proposal for your review, complete with moodboards, visual inspiration and a carefully considered plan for your wedding florals. Once you’ve had a chance to explore the proposal, you'll have the opportunity to book a follow-up call so we can refine and perfect the details together.
A 20% deposit secures your booking and date, with the remaining balance due ten weeks before your wedding.
Don’t worry if you’re not quite sure where to begin, our process is designed to guide you every step of the way, helping us transform your ideas into a floral vision that is uniquely yours.
Once your date is secured, we will remain part of your planning journey. We will stay in touch as your ideas evolve and we’re always happy to arrange a call or meeting whenever you’d like to revisit details or explore updated inspiration.
If your venue is new to us, or if we’re creating a larger floral installation, we may suggest a site visit together. Seeing the space in person allows us to take careful measurements, understand the atmosphere and design florals that truly belong within the setting.
Around two months before your wedding, we’ll organise a final floral design meeting. This is where we will refine all the last details — confirming guest numbers, ribbon choices, vessels, and finishing touches. We'll also walk through the finalised timings for your day to ensure we deliver a seamless experience on the day.
We have an extensive inventory of styling and hire items available at Studio Tapestry. Some of these will be provided as part of our services and others are items that can be provided for an additional hire fee. We can share our 'hire guide' for your perusal following our consultation or with your proposal.
We can also offer wider styling and set up services where required and can cost for these on a bespoke basis. Whether that's fruit and vegetable styling or creating bespoke signage solutions.
